Milo was a little brown bear who loved cupcakes. Chocolate cupcakes, strawberry cupcakes, vanilla cupcakes—Milo loved them all! One sunny morning, Milo decided to bake the biggest cupcake he had ever seen. “Today, I will make a giant cupcake!” he said.

Milo gathered flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and chocolate. He poured everything into a giant bowl. “Mix, mix, mix!” he sang. He stirred the batter with a big wooden spoon until it became smooth and creamy. Then he poured it into a very big cupcake mold.

Milo put the cupcake into the oven and waited. “Tick-tock, tick-tock.” Soon, a delicious smell filled the kitchen. Ding! Milo opened the oven. There it was—a huge, fluffy cupcake! “Wow!” Milo shouted. “It's perfect!”

Milo covered the cupcake with pink frosting and colorful sprinkles. It was bigger than his head! “This cupcake is all mine,” he said. He sat beside it and took a huge bite. “Yum!” But the cupcake was so big that Milo could hardly finish one bite.

Milo tried another bite. Then another. But the cupcake was still enormous. “Oh dear,” Milo sighed. He looked at the giant cupcake. It was much too big for one little bear. Just then, he heard a knock at the door.

Milo opened the door and saw his friend Bunny. “Hello, Milo!” Bunny said. “It smells delicious in here!” Milo looked at the cupcake. For a moment, he wanted to keep it all to himself. Then he remembered how happy Bunny looked.

“Would you like some?” Milo asked. Bunny's eyes became big. “Yes, please!” Milo cut a small piece for Bunny. “Mmm!” Bunny smiled. Soon, another friend arrived. Then another. Milo cut more pieces and shared the giant cupcake with everyone.

Soon, the whole forest was enjoying Milo's cupcake. The birds ate tiny crumbs, the rabbits shared pieces, and the squirrels sprinkled extra sugar on top. Everyone laughed and danced around the table. Milo looked at his friends and felt happier than when he was eating alone.

At the end of the party, only one little piece of cupcake was left. Milo looked at it. Bunny looked at Milo. Milo smiled and broke the piece in half. “Let's share it,” he said. They each took a bite. “Yum!”

That evening, Milo looked at the empty plate and smiled. He had started the day wanting the biggest cupcake all to himself, but sharing it had made the day much more special. Milo learned that a treat tastes even sweeter when everyone can enjoy it together. “Next time,” he said, “I'll make two giant cupcakes!”
